OMGLSAGFLK;ASJD;OIFUAOERWKLDFJAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KISS ROCKED. .__.
I went to see KISS perform at Bayfest (a music festival here in Sarnia) and it was the best concert EVAR!!! Seriously, so cool! At one point the guitarist was shooting fireworks...OUT OF HIS GUITAR! And, and during the encore (which lasted an hour!) the singer/guitarist went on a zipline and onto a mini stage where the cameramen were and was pretty much over the crowd playing! It was so cool! And Gene Simmons did his song on his Bass which was a whole bunch of creepy wind noises and there was blood comin out of his mouth and everything! Then, THEN! He was lifted in the (by strings) to the top of the stage and played up there for the rest of the song, it was amazing! And the drummer had an awesome drum solo. It was awesome!
BUT!
Somethin else happened BEFORE they came came on. Some band was playin called Bobnoxious, don't really like them, and I thought they were the opening band for KISS right? Well........awhile after they were done the hosts of the Bayfest thing came on stage and sai thanks for playing blablabla and all of a sunden--"Hand picked by Gene Simmons himself: Dean Lickyer! The winners of disband bla bla bla" My jaw DROPPED, mine and Charlie's. I was like, did they just say DEAN LICKYER?
Dean Lickyer ROCKED! They were even better live! I can't believe they played in Sarnia AND opened up for KISS! It was amazing!
